A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD FIXING FEES FOR CENTRAL STATIONS,
MODIFIED CENTRAL STATIONS, ALARM AGENTS AND
ALARM USERS, PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 7.64 OF TITLE
7 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE, REGULATING POLICE AND
FIRE ALARM SYSTEMS.
WHEREAS, Chapter 7.64 of Title 7 of the Municipal Code
of the City of Bakersfield authorizes the City Council, by resolu-
tion, to establish and fix permit fees for Central and Modified
Central Stations, identification card fees for alarm agents and
permit fees for alarm users.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Bakersfield as follows:
1. The following permit fees and inspection fees are
hereby established for alarm business operating Central Station
Systems:
Initial Permit $60.00
Annual Renewal $25.00
Inspection Expense - Actual costs to the City.
Mileage, $.15 per mile from
the Police Facility to point
of inspection and return.
2. The following permit and inspection fees are hereby
established for alarm business operating Modified Central Station
Systems:
Initial Permit $60.00
Annual Renewal $25.00
Inspection Expense - Actual costs to the City.
Mileage, $.15 per mile from
the Police Facllity to point
of inspection and return.
3. The following application processing fees are hereby
established for alarm agents:
Initial Identification Card'
ApplicatiOn
Fingerprint Processing
Two-year Renewal
$15.00
$ 7.50
$15.00
4. The following permit fees, to be collected by the
Central Station or Modified Central Station as issuing authority,
and as agent for the City, are hereby established for alarm users.

5. Annual renewals are due and required by July 1 of
each year, commencing on July 1, 1977, regardless of the date of
issuance of permits.
6. Biennial renewals of alarm agent identification cards
are-due and required two (2) years from date of issuance of identi-
fication card.

This resolution shall be effective on and after July 1,

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 12th day of July, 1976, by the following
vote:
