A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME OF MEETINGS
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD
DURING THE MONTHS OF JUNE, JULY AND AUGUST,
1976.
WHEREAS, purSUant to Section 2.04. 010 of the Municipal
Code of the City of Bakersfield, the Council may, from time to
time, by resolution, change the meetings to be held during any
specified period of time.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Bakersfield that the summer schedule for regular Council.
meetings for 1976 shall be as follows:
June 7 July 12 August 9
June 14 July 26 August 23
June 28
Regular council meetings will resume thereafter on every
Monday except when Monday is a holiday.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 17th day of May , 1976,
