A RESOLUTION ANNEXING CERTAIN TERRITORY
DESIGNATED AS "PANORAMA NO. 2," TO THE
GREATER BAKERSFIELD SEPARATION OF GRADE
DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Bakersfield did, on
the llth day of August, 1975, pass its Resolution of Intention
No. 50-75, to include certain property designated as'~ANORAMA
NO. 2" within the Greater Bakersfield Separation of Grade District,
setting the time and place for hearing objections to the inclusion
of said territory within said District; and
WHEREAS, said Resolution of Intention was duly and
legally published once a week for two weeks, the first publication
thereof being at least twenty days prior to the date of the hearing
as provided by law; and
WHEREAS, Monday, the 29th day of September, 1975, at the
hour of 8 P. M., was set as the time for hearing objections to the
inclusion of said territory within said District; and
WHEREAS, no objection has been filed or presented to said
Council to the inclusion of said territory or any part thereof
within the Greater Bakersfield Separation of Grade District, and
the Council further finds that all of said territory will be
benefited by its inclusion within said District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND THE COUNCIL DOES
HEREBY FIND:
That no objection to the inclusion of said territory or
any part thereof within the Greater Bakersfield Separation of Grade
District, has been filed or presented to this Council.
That said territory and e~ery part thereof be, and the
same is hereby annexed to and included within the said Greater
Bakersfield Separation of Grade District upon completion of annexa-
tion of said territory to the City of Bakersfield, which said terri-
tory is described as follows:
A parcel of land situated in an unincorporated area of the County
of Kern, State of California and being a portion of the East Half
(E 1/2) of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of the Southwest Quarter
(SW 1/4) of Section Fourteen (14), Township Twenty-Nine (29) South,
Range Twenty Eight (28) East, Mount Diablo Meridian, and more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the southwest corner of said East Half (E 1/2) also
being a point on the Corporate Boundary of the City of Bakersfield;
Thence (1) N 89°19'22"E along the south line of said East Half
(E 1/2) 140.01 feet;
Thence (2) N 00°01'21'~ along a parallel to the west line of said
East Half (E 1/2), 835.84 feet;
Thence (3) S 89°20'22'~, 140.01 feet to the west line of said East
Half (E 1/2) also being a point on the aforesaid Corporate Boundary;
Thence (4) S 00°01'21"E along said Corporate Boundary, 835.88 feet
to the point of beginning.
Containing 2,687 acres more or less.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 29th day of September, 1975, by the
following vote:
