A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BAKERSFIELD ORDERING THE ABANDONMENT
OF THE DRAINAGE EASEMENT IN LOTS 10 AND
11, TRACT 3562, IN THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD.
WHEREAS, on the 25th day of August, 1975, the Council of
the City of Bakersfield, pursuant to the provisions of the "Public
Service Easements Vacation Law," being Sections 50430 to 50445,
inclusive, of the G6vernment Code of the State of California,
passed and adopted its Resolution of Intention No. 908 declaring its
intention to order the abandonment of the drainage easement in Lots
10 and 11, Tract 3562, situate in the City of Bakersfield, County
of Kern, State of California; and
WHEREAS, said Council did fix a time and place for hear-
ing all persons interested in or objecting to said proposed abandon-
ment which hearing was held on the 15th day of September, 1975,
after Notices were duly published and posted as required by law.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, DETERMINED AND
RESOLVED by the City'Council of the City of Bakersfield, State of
California, as follows:
1. That said drainage easement, hereinafter described,
is unnecessary for present or prospective public use. Said ease-
ment, situate in the City of Bakersfield, County of Kern, State of
California, is described as follows:
A portion of the southwest Quarter (Sw ~) of Section
Eleven (11), Township Thirty (30) South, Range
Twenty Seven (27) East, Mount Diablo Meridian
more particularly described as follows:
Lots 10 and 11 of Tract No. 3562 Unit A as filed
in the office of the County Recorder of the County
of Kern in Book 22 of Maps, Page 194.
2. That said drainage easement be and the same is hereby
abandoned, subject to and in conformity with said Resolution of
Intention No. 908. Reference to said Resolution of Intention is
hereby made for further particulars.
3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Resolution, and shall cause a certified copy thereof, attested by
the Clerk under the seal of the City, to be recorded in the office
of the County Recorder of Kern County, California.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 15th day of September, 1975, by the
following vote:
