A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BAKERSFIELD DETERMINING FEE TO REIMBURSE
CITY FOR ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS IN PROCESSING
APPLICATION TO SEGREGATE 1AND AND BOND,
AMEND ASSESSMENT AND DIAGRAM IN PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 801-A FOR ASSESS-
MENT NO. 22 THEREOF.
WHEREAS, land assessed as No. 22 in Public Improvement
District No. 801-A has been divided by Parcel Map No. 3116; and
WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Streets has been requested
by proper application to apportion the amount remaining unpaid on
Assessment No.'22 in accordance with the division and to issue new
bonds for the amounts to be shownby the apportioned assessment;
and
WHEREAS, upon such proper application the Street Super-
intendent shall amend the recorded diagram and assessment to con-
form tosuch division and apportionment; and
WHEREAS, Section 6481 of the Streets and Highways Code
authorizes the legislative body by resolution to fix a fee in an
amount that will reimburse the City for the necessary costs in
processing the application, which amount is found to be $100.00..
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the above recitals are true and correct.
2. That the fee for administrative costs in processing
the application for segregation of land and bond for Assessment
No. 22 in Public Improvement District'No. 801-A, is hereby fixed
at $100.00. '.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 25th day of August, 1975, by the follow-
ing vote:
