A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 58-74,
SETTING SALARIES AND RELATED BENEFITS FOR
OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 58-74, as amended by Resolutions
Nos. 70-74, 84-74, 99-74, 103-74, 6-75, 7-75, 32-75, 34-75 and
37-75, sets salaries and related benefits for officers and
employees of the City; the City desires to make further amendment
thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Bakersfield that the Schedule of Salaries and Related
Benefits for Officers and Employees of the City of Bakersfield,
a part of Resolution No. 58-74, as amended, is hereby further
amended as follows:
SECTION 1.
1. The following position is hereby added to the Police
Unit as follows:
140 A Parking and

2. The following position is hereby added to the
Management Employees Unit as follows:

This resolution shall be effective on July 1, 1975.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 16th day of June, 1975, by the following
