A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BAKERSFIELD AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 29-75 ESTABLISHING PARKING CHARGES
FOR THE "K" STREET PARKING GARAGE.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 29-75 contained no charges for
monthly parking; and
WHEREAS, parking by the month is desirable.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Bakersfield
HEREBY RESOLVES AND ESTABLISHES the following parking charges for
the "K" Street Garage:
1. Twenty cents per hour during business hours on
weekdays.

2. One dollar per day maximum.
3. Fifty cents flat charge for nights, weekends and
4. Fifteen dollars per month, uncovered.
5. Twenty dollars per month, covered.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 9th day of June, 1975,
by the following vote:
