A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BAKERSFIELD ESTABLISHING PARKING
CHARGES FOR THE "K" STREET PARKING GARAGE.
WHEREAS, the "K" Street Parking Garage is expected
to begin operations on or about May 12, 1975; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is required to establish
parking charges for such garage which are comparable to the
going rates in nearby privately owned parking garages; and
WHEREAS, such going rates have been ascertained.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Bakers-
field HEREBY RESOLVES AND ESTABLISHES the following parking
charges for the "K" Street Garage:
1. Twenty cents per hour during business hours on
weekdays.

One dollar per day maximum.
Fifty cents flat charge for nights, weekends

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 28th day of April,
1975, by the following vote:
