A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF -THE CITY
OF BAKERSFIELD MAKING FINDING CONCERNING
PROPOSED SUBDIVISION: TENTATIVE TRACT
3746, PHASE "A" AND "B" ONLY, LOCATED
NORTH OF 178 FREEWAY, SOUTH OF AUBURN
STREET, APPROXIMATE LY 2000' EAST AND
WEST OF CENTER LINE OF EISSLER STREET,
WHEREAS, Section 11526 (c) of the Business and Professions
Code (Subdivision Map Act) states that a city shall not approve a
tentative or final subdivision map unless the City Council of such
city shall find that the proposed subdivision, together with the
provisions for its design and improvements, is consistent with the
general plan and applicable specific plans of the city; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission, on March 19 ,
19 75 , did make the finding required by the above 'statute and recom-
mended that the City Council make such finding; and'
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission, or~Aarch 19 ,
and "B" Ont ,
'19 75 , appro~ed the tentative map of Tract 3746, Phase" ' onditione~
on the making of the appropriate finding by the City Council under
said Section 11526 (c); and
WHEREAS, a copy of said tentative map, together with the
Planning staff report and other related papers and documents have
been filed with this City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Bakersfield, as follows:
1. It is hereby found and determined that the proposed
subdivi sion designatedTract 3746, Phase "A"/' B" Only,
, together with the pro-
visions for its design a~d improvement;' is 'co'n~'ist~nt with the"
general plan and applicable specific plans of the City of Bakers field.
2. That a copy of this Resolution be forthwith trans-
· mitted to the Planning Department by the City Clerk.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 31st day of March , 1975,
by the following vote:
