~'~RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BAKERSFIELD FLAKING FINDING CONCEP~NING
PROPOSED SUBDIVISION: PARCEL MAP 2915
LOCATED ON THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF
REAL ROAD AND-STOCKDALE HIGHWAY.
WHEREAS, the State Subdivision Map Act states that a
city shall not approve a parcel map u~-tess the City Council of
such city shall find that the proposed parcel map, together with
the provisions for its design and improvements, is consistent with
the general plan and applicable specific plans of the city; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission,. on March 5 ,
19 7__!5, did make t. he finding required by the above statute and
reco~m~ended that the City Council make such finding; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission, on March 5 ,
-19 75 , approved parcel map No. 2915 conditioned on the making
of the appropriate finding by the City Council under State Sub-
division Map Act; and
WHEREAS, a copy of said parcel map, together with the
Planning staff report and other related papers and documents have
bean filed with this City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Bakersfield, as follows:
1. It is hereby found and determined that the proposed
parcel map No. 2915 , together with the provisions for its
design and improvement, is consistent with the general plan and
.applicable specific plans of the City of Bakersfield.
2. ~That .a .copy of this Resot~tion be forthwith
mitted to the .:Planning Department by th~ City Clerk.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakers field at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 17th day of March , 1975,
by the following vote:
