A. RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BAKERSFIELD MAKING FINDING CONCERNING
PROPOSED SUBDIVISION: PA~C--EL MAP 2913
LOCATED ONE BLOCK SOUTH OF MING AVENUE
AND VVESY OF S.TINE ROAD.
WHEP, EAS, the State Subdivision Map Act states that a
city shall not approve a parcel map unless the City Council of
such city shall find that the proposed parcel map, together with
the provisions for its design and improvements, is consistent with
the general plan and applicable specific plans of the city; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission, on March 5 ,
19__75, did make the finding required by the above statute and
reconnnended that the City Council make such finding; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission, on March 5
19 75 approved parcel map No. 2913 conditioned on the making

of the appropriate finding by the City Council under State Sub-
division Map Act; and
WHEREAS, a copy of said parcel map, together with the
Planning staff report and other related papers and documents have
been filed with this City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Bakersfield, as follows:
1. It is hereby found and determined that the proposed
parcel map No. 2913 , together with the provisions for its
design and improvement, is consistent wit'h the general plan and
.applicable specific plans of the City of Bakers field.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting. thereof held on the 17th day of March , 1975,
