A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BAKERSFIELD SETTING SALARIES AND
RELATED BENEFITS FOR OFFICERS AND
EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 58-74, as amended by Resolutions
Nos. 70-74, 84-74 and 99-74, sets salaries and related benefits for
officers and employees of the City; the City desires to make further
amendment thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Bakersfield that the Schedule of Salaries and Related Benefits
.for Officers and Employees of the City of Bakersfield, a part of
Resolution No. 58-74, as amended by Resolutions Nos. 70-74, 84-74
and 99-74, is hereby further amended as follows:
1. The following positions under Fire Unit are hereby
changed from shift rate to hourly rate as follows:

3. This resolution shall be effective January 6, 1975.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 23d day of December, 1974, by the
