RESOLUTION NO. 102-74 A RESOLUTION AND ORDER ESTABLISHING VOTING PRECINCTS~ APPOINTING PRECINCT ELECTION OFFICERS AND ESTABLISHING FEES THEREFOR, AND DESIGNATING POLLING PLACES FOR THE NOMINATING MUNICIPAL ELECTION TO BE HELD ON TUESDAY, THE 25TH DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1975.
