RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD REQUESTING THE BOARD OF SUPER-
VISORS OF THE COUNTY OF KERN TO PERMIT THE
COUNTY CLERK TO RENDER SPECIFIED SERVICES
TO SAID CITY RELATING TO THE CONDUCT OF THE
NOMINATING MUNICIpAL ELECTION TO BE HELD ON
TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 25, 1979.
Pursuant to Section 22003 of the Elections Code of the
State of California, the Council of the City of Bakersfield does
hereby RESOLVE, as follows:
1. That the Board of Supervisors of the County of Kern,
State of California, is hereby requested to permit the County Clerk
of said County to perform the following services for the City of
Bakersfield relating to the conduct of the Nominating Municipal
Election to be held in said city on Tuesday, February 25, 1975.
(a) Address the Polling Place Cards and
insert sample ballots, Polling Place
Cards, Statements of Qualifications,
and other pertinent materials, in
sample ballot envelopes.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 16th day of December,
1974, by the following vote:
