A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD APPROVING AMENDMENT NUMBER 4
TO AGREEMENT FOR MAINTENANCE OFSTATE HIGH-
WAYS IN THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD.
WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Department
of Public Works, Division of Highways, has presented Amendment
Number 4 to the Agreement for Maintenance of State highways in the
City of Bakersfield, dated September 3, 1974; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard/read said Amendment
Number 4 in full and is familiar with the contents thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Bakersfield that said Amendment Number 4 is hereby approved and
the Mayor is directed to sign the same on behalf of said City.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 28th day of October, 1974, by the
following vote:
