A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 58-74,
SETTING SALARIES AND RELATED BENEFITS FOR
OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD.
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 58-74 sets salaries and related
benefits for officers and employees of the City; and
WHEREAS, the Council desires to amend Resolution No.
58-74 by changing the salary of Administrative Aide, under Confi-
dential Employees unit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Bakersfield as follows:
1. The Schedule of Salaries and Related Benefits for
officers and employees of the City of Bakersfield, a part of
Resolution No. 58-74, is hereby amended by changing the salary of
Administrative Aide, under Confidential Employees unit, to read as
follows:
801 A Administrative Aide 4.936, 5.186, 5.449, 5.725, 6.015
2. The amended salary of Administrative Aide shall be
effective as of July 1, 1974; reference is made to the Report of
the Governmental Efficiency and Personnel Committee of August 22,
1974, for justification of such effective date.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 26th day of August, 1974, by the
