RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICA-
TIONS, ESTIbIATES OF COST, DISTRICT biAP AND
DIAGRAM FOR CONSTRUCTION OF CURBS, GUTTERS,
SIDEWALKS, DRIVEWAY APPROACHES AND ALLEY
RETURNS IN PROPOSED PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT NO. 894.
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Bakersfield,
California, in compliance with the order of Resolution No. 94-Y3
of the City Council (adopted on November 12, 1973), has submitted
to said Council the estimates of the cost of, a.map of the dis-
trict to be benefitted by, and the plans and specifications for
the improvement work and construction hereinafter described; and
WHEREAS, after due consideration thereof, the City
Council desires at this time to approve and adopt such plans and
specifications, cost estimates, map and diagram of the district
to be benefitted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Bakersfield that the plans and specifications, estimates
of the cost, district map and diagram of the district to be bene-
fitted and assessed to pay the cost hereof, as the same were
prepared by the City Engineer of said City, and submitted and
filed with the City Clerk of the City of Bakersfield on the 3rd
day of July, 1974, be and the same are hereby approved and adopted
for the following improvement work and construction to be done in
the City of Bakersfield, to wit:
The construction of curbs, gutters, sidewalks,
driveway approaches and alley returns adjacent
to Lots 13 through 34 and Lots 49 through 66
of Tract No. 1320, and Blocks T and U of Sun-
set Tract.
That the plans and specifications, careful estimates,
district map and diagram for said work are delineated and entitled:
"For Public Improvement District No. 894."

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 8th day of July, 1974,
by the following vote:
