A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD APPROVING THE GENERAL CONCEPT
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS SUBMITTED FOR THE
DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF THE "K" STREET
PARKING GARAGE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The general concept plans and specifications
submitted by Tumblin Company/Unicon Parking Structures, Inc. to the
Bakersfield Redevelopment Agency for the design and construction of
the "K" Street Parking Garage (which general concept plarsand speci-
fications are on file in the Office of the City Clerk) are hereby
approved.
SECTION 2. At such time as the final plans and specifi-
cations are prepared by Tumblin Company/Unicon Parking Structures,
Inc. and submitted to the Bakersfield Redevelopment Agency, such
final plans and specifications shall be also submitted to this City
Council for approval.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a special
meeting thereof held on the 1st day of July, 1974, by the following
vote: ·
