A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BAKERSFIELD DELETING TWO COUNCIL MEETINGS
IN THE MONTH OF OCTOBER, 1970.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 2.04.010 of the Municipal
Code of the City of Bakers field the Council may, from time to time
by resolution, change the number of meetings to be held during any
specified period of time.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Bakers field that the Council meetings of October 12, 1970 and
October 26, 1970 are hereby canceled.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 28th day of September, 1970, by
the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN BLEECKER, HEISEY, REES, RUCKER, STIERN, VETTER,
