RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS,
CAREFUL ESTIMATES, DISTRICT MAP AND DIAGRAM
FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION OF CURBS,
GUTTERS, SIDEWALKS, DRIVEWAY APPROACHES AND
NECESSARY DRAINAGE FACILITIES IN PROPOSED
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 854.
WHEREAS, the City Engineer of the City of Bakersfield,
California, in compliance with the order of Resolution No. 44-70
of the City Council, has submitted to said City Council the
estimates of the cost~o~, a map of the district to be benefited by,
and the plans and specifications for the improvement work and
construction hereinafter described; and
WHEREAS, after due consideration thereof, the City
Council desires at this time to approve and adopt such 'plans and
specifications, cost estimates, map and diagram of the district
to be benefited.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Bakersfield that the 'plans and specifications, estimates
of the cost, district map and diagram of the district to be
benefited and assessed to pay the cost hereof, as the same were
prepared by the City Engineer of said City, and supmitted and
filed with the City Clerk of the City of Bakersfield on the 25th
day of September, 1970, be and the same are hereby approved and
adopted for the following improvement work and construction to be
done in the City of Bakersfield, to wit:
The construction of curbs, gutters, sidewalks,
driveway a'pproaches and necessary drainage
facilities adjacent to Lots 1 through 90,
Tract No. 1171; Lots 88 through 131, Tract No.
1232, and the south 135 feet of the block
bounded by Owens, Murdods Robinson Street,
and Virginia Avenue in the City of Bakersfield,
California.

district map and diagram for said work are delineated and en[itled
"For Public Improvement District No. 854."

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at
a regular meeting thereof held on the 28th day of September,
1970, by the following vote:
