A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE ASSESSMENT OF
CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD~UPON WHICH A DANGEROUS BUILDING
HAS BEEN DEMOLISHED AND REMOVED.
WHEREAS the following property located at 1107 Sumner
Street was determined to have violated Chapter 3 of the Dangerous
Building Code, Volume IV of the Uniform Building Code, and
WHEREAS, notices and orders of J. A. Olsson, Building
Director of the City of Bakersfield as provided for in Chapter 4
of the Dangerous Building Code, Volume IV of the Uniform Building
Code were mailed to the record owner of the aforementioned property,
and
WHEREAS the building in question was duly posted as pro-
vided in Chapter 4 of the Dangerous Building Code, Volume IV of
Uniform Building Code, and
WHEREAS the demolition of the building was paid out of
the Repair and Demolition Fund as provided for by Chapter 8 of the
Dangerous Building Code, Volume IV of the Uniform Building Code, and
WHEREAS, this assessment proceeding was duly noticed and
a hearing held August 17, 1970, in the Council Chambers of the City
of Bakersfield.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Bakersfield confirm the assessment of the following
property:

INCIDENTAL TOTAL
COSTS COST
$25. O0 $375.00
and, direct that the above-listed amount be recorded upon the
assessment roll thereby constituting a lien against the property.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakers field at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 17th day of August, 1970, by the
following vote:
