A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME OF MEETINGS
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD
DURING THE MONTHS OF JUNE, JULY, AUGUST,
AND SEPTEMBER OF 1974.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 2.04,010 of the Municipal
Code of the City of Bakersfield, the Council may, from time to
time by resolution, change the number of meetings to be held dur-
ing any specified period of time.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Bakersfield that the summer schedule for regular Council
meetings for 1974 shall be as follows:
June 3
June 10
June 17
June 24
July 8 August 12 September 16
July 22 August 26 September 23
September 30
Regular Council meetings will resume thereafter on every
Monday except when Monday is a holiday.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 10th day of June, 1974, by the following
vote:
