A RESOLUTION OF THE COONCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD APPROVING AMENDMENT NUMBER 3 TO
AGREEMENT FOR MAINTENANCE OF STATE HIGHWAY
IN THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD.
WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Department
of Public Works, Division of Highways, has presented Amendment
Number 3 to the Agreement for Maintenance of the State highway in
the City of Bakersfield, dated May 25, 1964; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard/read said Amendment
Number 3 in full and is familiar with the contents thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Bakersfield that said Amendment Number 3 is hereby approved and
the Mayor is directed to sign the same on behalf of said City.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 1st day of October, 1973, by the
