A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME OF MEETINGS
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD
DURING THE MONTHS OF JUNE, JULY, AUGUST,
AND SEPTEMBER OF 1973.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 2.04.010 of the Municipal
Code of the City of Bakersfield the Council may, from time to time
by resolution, change the number of meetings to be held during any
specified period of time.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Bakersfield that the summer schedule for regular Council
meetings for 1973 shall be as follows:
June 4 July 9 August 13
June 18 July 23 August 27
September 11
Regular Council meetings will resume September 17, 1973,
and thereafter Council meetings shall be every Monday except when
Monday is a holiday.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 21st day of May, 1973, by the following
vote:
