A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCILOF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE ON BEHALF OF CITY AN
AGREEMENT RELATING TO PREPARATION OF POP-
ULATION ESTIMATE BY STATE DEPARTMENT OF
FINANCE FOR CITY.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Bakersfield that~ Donald M. Hart, Mayor, is hereby authorized
and directed to execute on behalf of the City of Bakersfield,
an agreement between the Department of Finance of the State
of California and the City of Bakersfield, relating to pre-
paration of a population estimate for the City of Bakersfield,
by the said Department of Finance.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of~ Bakersfield
at a regular meeting thereof held on the 5th day of March,
