A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BAKERSFIELD TO INCLUDE A PROFESSIONAL
PHOTOGRAPHY STUDIO TO THE LIST OF PERMITTED
USES IN A C-O (PROFESSIONAL OFFICE) ZONE.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Bakersfield,
did, on the 6th day of September, 1972, pass a resolution finding
that the inclusion of an additional use, to wit: a professional
photography studio in a C-O (Professional Office) Zone would not
be more obnoxious or detrimental to the welfare of the community
than the permitted uses specifically mentioned in Chapter 17.25 of
Title Seventeen of the Bakersfield Municipal Code, and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Bakersfield has con-
sidered said matter and does find that the inclusion of said addi-
tional use in said zone will not be more obnoxious or detrimental
to the welfare of the community than the permitted uses specifically
mentioned in Chapter 17.25 of Title Seventeen of the Bakersfield
Municipal Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to Section 17.52.040 of Title
Seventeen of the Bakersfield Municipal Code, the Council of said
City does HEREBY RESOLVE that the additional use, to wit: a
professional photography studio, be and the same is hereby included
as a specifically permitted use in a C-O (Professional Office) Zone.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 18th day of September, 1972, by the
following vote:
