A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME OF MEETINGS
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD
DURING THE MONTHS OF JUNE, JULY AND AUGUST
OF 1972.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 2.04.010 of the Municipal
Code of the City of Bakersfield the Council may, from time to time
by resolution, change the number of meetings to be held during any
specified period of time.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Bakersfield that the s~m~er schedule for regular Council
meetings for 1972 shall be as follows:
June 5 July 10 August 7
June 12 July 24 August 21
June 26
Regular Council meetings will resume September 11, 1972,
and thereafter Council meetings shall be every Monday except when
Monday is a holiday.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting theseof held on the 22nd day of May, 1972, by the following
vote:
