A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME OF MEETINGS
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD
DURING THE MONTHS OF JUNE, JULY AND AUGUST
OF 1971.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 2.04.010 of the Municipal
Code of the City of Bakersfield the Council may, from time to time
by resolution, change the number of meetings to be held during any
specified period of time.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Bakersfield, that the summer schedule for regular Council meetings
for 1971 shall be as follows:
June 7, 1971
June 21, 1971
June 28, 1971
July 12, 1971
July 26, 1971
August 9, 1971
August 23, 1971
August 30, 1971
September13,.1971
Thereafter Council meetings shall be every Monday except
when Monday is a holiday and then the regular meeting is on Tuesday.
Any hearings or other matters previously set by the Council in
conflict with the above schedule shall be rescheduled for the meeting
next following that for which the hearings and other matters were
originally scheduled.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 24th day of May, 1971, by
the following vote:
