A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 18-71
RELATIVE TO THE RATE SCHEDULE OF SEWER
CHARGES IN THE BROADVIEW SANITATION AREA.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Bakersfield as follows:
SECTION 1. Resolution No. 18-71 Section 2. is amended
t6 read as follows:
2. The foregoing rates shall be effective from and after
March 1, 1971 until further change.
SECTION 2. All other portions of Resolution No. 18-71
remain as heretofore adopted.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 1st day of March, 1971, by the following
vote:
