Home My WebLink AboutRES NO 37-80RESOLUTION NO. ~7-R~ A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD ESTABLISHING SEWER SERVICE USER CHARGES AND FEES FOR FISCAL YEAR 1980-81. WHEREAS, Section 8.64.410 of Ordinance No. 2442, New Series, provides that the City Council shall establish, by resolution, fees and charges for sewage services provided by the City; and WHEREAS, the expanded Wastewater Treatment Plant No. 2 will be in operation for the entire 1980-1981 fiscal year; and WHEREAS, the present user charge for sewers will terminate June 30, 1980,'and it will be necessary to implement a user charge beginning July 1, 1980; and WHEREAS, the rates contained in Exhibit A, attached hereto, cover the cost of maintenance and operation.
