A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 58-79,
SALARIES AND RELATED BENEFITS. FOR EMPLOYEES'
OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
as follows:
Section 3 C. is amended to read as follows:
C. Mileage allowances for officers and employees where
the car is in use on city business shall be at the rate of twenty-six
(26) cents per mile as authorized by Administrative Rules and Regu-
lations.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that ·the foregoing Resolution was passed
