A RESO'LUTION OF THE COUNCIL. OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 37-77
RESPECTING COMMERCIAL RENTAL RATES FOR THE
CIVIC AUDITORIUM.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
as follows:
SECTION 1.
Commencing January 1, 1980, Resolution No. 37-77 is amended
as follows:
Section I 12. Parking Lot
$.50 per car. Flat fee $100 per event day for free parking.
Section I 13. Use of Kitchen Faciliti'es
Payment to the City of not less than ten per cent (10%)
of permittee's gross receipts for food or a minimum of $200.00 which-
ever is larger and fifteen per cent (15%) of gross receipts for
beverages or $100 whichever is larger,
Where kitchen facilities are not used, Manager may waive
the fees provided permittee pays ten per cent (10%) of the value of
the food furnished.
Section II 1. (Last sentence in paragraph)
Additional personnel furnished by the City on special
request to be compensated to the City at a rate of $5.50 per hour
per ticket seller.
SECTION 2.
The changes in this resolution to Resolution No. 37-77
are to be effective February 1, 1980.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the 'Council of the city of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 19th day of December, 1979, by the
