A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD PRESCRIBING DOG LICENSE FEES,
IMPOUND FEES AND BOARDING FEES FOR DOGS IN
THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Bakersfield
as follows:
1. The annual license fee for dogs over four months of
age in the City of Bakersfield shall be eight dollars ($8.00) for
non-sterilized dogs and one dollar (~1.00) for sterilized dogs.
($2.00).

The fee for a duplicate dog tag shall be two dollars
That the impound fees shall be:
a. First pick-up
b. Second pick-up
c. Third pick-up
$10.00
$25.00 (In a 12-month period)
$35.00 (In a 12-month period)
That the boarding fees shall be:
a. Dogs - $3.00 Giant Breeds - $4.00
This resolution shall be effective upon the date of

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 12th day of September, 1979, by the
following vote:
