A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BAKERSFIELD RATIFYING 'THE FEE SCHEDULE
TO BE USED BY THE BAKERSFIELD S.P.C.A. IN
ENFORCING THE ANIMAL CONTROL ORDINANCE.
WHEREAS, the Bakersfield S.P.C.A. has, pursuant to the
Agreement between it and the City heretofore approved by this
Council, submitted a proposed schedule of fees to be Used by the
Society in enforcing the City's Animal Control Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the proposed schedule appears to be reasonable
for each of the categories of service set forth therein;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED as follows;
1. The proposed fee schedule to be used by the Bakersfield
S.P.C.A., the original of which is appended hereto as Exhibit A, is
hereby ratified.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 6th day of December, 1978, by the follow-
ing vote:
