RESOLUTION EXTENDING TIME WITHIN WHICH TO PAY
CANCELLATION FEE UNDER WILLIAMSON ACT
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 29-78, adopted by the Council
on March 15, 1978, tentative approval was given for cancellation
of the Land Use Contract between the Delfino Brothers and the
County of Kern; and
WHEREAS, under said resolution, June 13, 1978, was
established as the deadline within which to pay said fee; and
WHEREAS, the Delfino Brothers have made written request
for an extension of time within which to pay said fee to and
including December 15, 1978, a delay'having ;resulted from a mis-
understanding as to the procedure for payment and said request
appearing to be justified;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED by the Council
of the City of Bakersfield as follows:
1. The cancellation fee above referred to shall be paid
in full not later than December 15, 1978, and if not deposited
with the County Treasurer within that time,'the approval of can-
cellation shall lapse, and Resolution No. 29-78 shall thereafter
have no further force or effect. Said cancellation shall not be
effective until such time as the said cancellation fee has been
paid in full.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City Of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 15th day of November, 1978, by the
following vote:
