A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD SETTING BOUNDARIES FOR IN-LiEU
PARKING FEES.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2450, New Series, authorizes the
City Council to set the boundaries for in-lieu parking fees; and
WHEREAS, on October 30, 1978, the Business Development
and Parking Committee of the City of Bakersfield held a public
hearing on the proposed boundaries; and
WHEREAS, no one objected to the proposed boundaries at
the said public hearing; and
WHEREAS, the Business Development and'Parking Committee of
the City of Bakersfield thereafter recommended the proposed boundaries,
as described in Exhibit A, attached hereto, be adopted for the in-
lieu parking fee application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Bakersfield as follows:
That pursuant to Section 17.58.010 of the Municipal Code
of the City of Bakersfield, the City Council adopts the boundaries
for the core area and extended area as described in Exhibit A,
attached hereto and incorporated herein.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was passed
and adopted by the council of the city of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 8th day of November, 1978, by the follow-
ing vote:
