A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BAKERSFIELD DELETING COUNCIL MEETINGS
IN THE MONTHS OF NOVEMBER, DECEMBER, 1978
AND JANUARY, 1979.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 2.04.010 of the Municipal
Code of the City of Bakersfield, the Council may, from time to
time, by resolution, change the number of meetings to be held
during any specified period of time.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Bakersfield that the Council meetings of November 22,
November 29, December 27, 1978 and January 3, 1979 are hereby
canceled.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was passed
and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 18th day of October, 1978, by the
following vote:
