WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Bakersfield did, on the 14th day of December, 1977, pass its Resolution of Intention No. 108-77 to include certain property designated as '~IBLE NO. 2" within the Greater Bakersfield Separation of Grade District, setting the time and place for hearing objections to the inclusion of said territory within said District; and WHEREAS, said Resolution of Intention was duly and legally published once a week for two weeks, the first publication thereof being at least twenty days prior to the date of the hearing as pro- vided by law; and WHEREAS, Wednesday,.the!25th'daY of January, 1978, at the hour of 8 P, M., was set as the time for hearing objections to the inclusion of said territory within said District;I and WHEREAS, no objection has been filed or presented to said Council to the inclusion of said territory or any part thereof within the Greater Bakersfield Separation of Grade District, and the Council further finds that all of said territory will be benefited by its inclusion within said District. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND THE COUNCIL DOES HEREBY FIND: That no objection to the inclusion of said territory or any part thereof within the Greater Bakersfield Separation of Grade District, has been filed or presented to this Council. That said territory and every part thereof be, and the same is hereby annexed to and included within the said Greater Bakersfield Separation of Grade District upon completion of annexa- tion of said territory to the City of Bakersfield, which said terri- tory is descroibed in Exhibit '~" attached hereto and made a part hereof as if fully set forth herein. o0o- WIBLE NO. 2 ANNEXATION NO. 232 A parcel of land situate 'in the County of Kern, State of California, and being a portion of Sections 13, 14, 23, 24 & 25, Township 30, Range 27 East, M. D. B. & M., and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the north line of the south 30 feet of said Section 23 with the west line of the east 30 feet of said Section 23; Thence (1) northerly along the last named west line and the west line of the east 30 feet of said Section 23 to intersect the south line of the N 1/2 of the S 1/2'of said Section 23, being a point on the Corporate Boundary of the City of Bakersfield.
