THE COUNCIL DURING THE MONTHS OF OCTOBER,
NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER, 1982 AND JANUARY,
FEBRUARY AND MARCH, 1983.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 2.04,010 of the Municipal
time, by resolution change n ld during any
specified period of time.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Bakersfield that the regular Council meetings for October,
November and December, 1982 and January, February and March, 1983
shall be as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the regular Council meetings
for October, November and December, 1182 and January, February
and March, 1983 for the purpose of colducting, considering and
disposing of business relating to hearings and such other matters
as may come before the City Council, shall be as follows:
October 13 November 10 December 8
January 12 February 9 March 9

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 15th day of September, 1982,
by the following vote:
