Home My WebLink AboutRES NO 82-82RESOLUTION NO. 82-82 A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD ESTABLISHING SEWER SERVICE USER CHARGES AND FEES FOR FISCAL YEAR 1982-83. WHEREAS, Section 14.12.380 of Ordinance No. 2442, New Series, provides that the City Council shall establish, by resolution, fees and charges for sewage services provided.by the City; and WHEREAS, the present user charge for sewers terminated June 30, 1982, and it will be necessary to implement a user charge beginning July 1, 1982; and WHEREAS, the rates contained in Exhibit A, attached hereto, cover the cost of maintenance, operation and capital reserve.
