A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD ADOPTING FEE SCHEDULE FOR
PROCESSING APPLICATIONS FOR TEMPORARY USE
PERMITS.
WHEREAS, Section 17.66,050 B. of the Bakersfield Municipal
Code provides that each application for a temporary use permit
includes a fee set by the City Council by resolution; and
WHEREAS, this Council hereby finds that the procedural
prerequisites to adoption of such fee, as specified in Section
54992 of the Government Code, have been satisfied; and
WHEREAS, this Council hereby finds that the fee adopted
hereinbelow does not exceed the estimated reasonable cost of
providing the service for which the fee is charged, such fee
being based upon comparable fees charged for analogous processes
and services as to which a detailed service-cost analysis was
previously done.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Bakersfield that a fee of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00)
be, and hereby is, adopted for the processing of applications for
temporary use permits.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted by the CoUncil of the City of Bakersfield at a
regular meeting thereof held on the ~=S~ day of July, 1982, by the
