A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD EXTENDING THE LEVEL OF SERVICE
FOR THE PERIOD JULY 1, 1982 THROUGH JULY 31,
1982.
WHEREAS, revenues to be derived through subventions
from the State have not been determined; and
WHEREAS, it is anticipated that such information will
be available by the end of July; and
WHEREAS, an operating budget for the City cannot be
adopted until such time as the information is received.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Bakersfield that the City shall continue to operate for
the period commencing July 1, 1982 through July 31, 1982 at the
same level of service as that provided in the 1981-82 adopted
budget.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 23d day of June, 1982, by the
following vote:
