A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD ADOPTING FEE SCHEDULE FOR PRO-
CESSING APPLICATIONS FOR SITE PLAN REVIEW.
WHEREAS, Section 17.53,060 B. of the Bakersfield Municipal
Code provides that each application for site plan review includes
a fee based upon a schedule adopted by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, this Council hereby finds that the procedural
prerequisites to adoption of such fees, as specified in Section
54992 of the Government Code, have been satisfied; and
WHEREAS, this Council hereby finds that the fees adopted
hereinbelow do not exceed the estimated reasonable cost of providing
the services for which the fees are charged, such fees being
based upon comparable fees charged for analogous processes and
services as to which a detailed service-cost analysis was previously
done.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Bakersfield that the following fee schedule be, and
hereby is, adopted for the processing of applications for site
plan review:

Class "A" Project

$300 + $5/lot, with credit
for P.U.D. or P.C.D. zone -
change fees paid, if any
Class "B" Project
a. Non-Residential
b. Residential
$150 if one (1) acre or less
+ $25 for each additional
acre
$75 if one (1) acre or less
$150 if more than one (1)
acre but less than five (5)
acres
$200 if more than five (5)
acres but less than ten (10)
acres
$300 if ten (10) acres or
more
Class "C" Project
$25

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 26th day of May, 1982, by the
following vote:
