A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD EXPANDING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE
EXTENDED AREA FOR IN-LIEU PARKING FEES.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2450, New Series, authorizes the
City Council to set the boundaries for in-lieu parking fees; and
WHEREAS, through Resolution No. 119-78 the City Council
established boundaries for in-lieu parking fees; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to expand the boundaries
of the extended areas to include that area bounded on the north
by Truxtun Avenue, on the east by "Q" Street, on the south by
15th Street and on the west by "O" Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Bakersfield as follows:
That pursuant to Section 17.58.060 of the Municipal
Code of the City of Bakersfield, the City Council adopts the
boundaries for the core area and the extended area as described
in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 28th day of April, 1982, by
the following vote:
