IO_~] NO. 33-82 RESOLUTIO~ OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY '-' OF BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA, DESIG~ATING CENSUS TRACT '22' tS A RED'EVELOPMENT SURVEY AREA. WHEREAS, Section 33310 of the California Community Redevelopment Law (Health & Safety Code Section 33000 e__t seq.) provides that a redevelopment survey area may be designated by resolution of the City Council; and ~{ERFAS, the City Council of the City of Bakersfield desires that the area hereinafter desdribed be studied to de- termine if a redevelopment project or projects within said area are feasible; and WHEREAS, a redevelopment project or projects may be initiated. within this area should it be found that such a project or projects are feasible; NOW, THFREFORE, THF CITY COU~!CIL OF THE CITY OF BA!<EP,.SFIELD DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: S'e'ction 1. The City Council does hereby designate as a redevelopment survey area that area shovm on the "Map of Survey Area B]o. 1," attached hereto as Exhibit A and by this reference made a part hereof, and as more particularly described in the "Legal Description of Survey Area ~!o. 1," attached hereto as Exhibit' B and by this reference made a part hereof. SeCtion 2. The City Council hereby finds and determines that said designated survey area requires study to determine if a redevelopment project or projects within said area are feasible.
