A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME OF MEETINGS
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD
DURING THE MONTHS OF NOVEMBER, DECEMBER,
1980, AND JANUARY, 1981.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 2.04,010 of the Municipal
Code of the City of Bakersfield, the Council may, from time to time,
by resolution, change the meetings to be held during any specified
period of time.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City
of Bakersfield that the Council meetings for November and December,
1980, and January, 1981, shall be as follows:
November 3 (5 p.m.) December 10 January 5

The regular meeting of January 7, 1981, has been changed to
Monday, January 5, 1981, to meet Charter requirements regarding the
Mayor taking office.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 29th day of October, 1980, by
the following vote:
