A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD FIXING THE TIME OF MEETINGS OF
THE COUNCIL DURING THE MONTHS OF OCTOBER,
NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER, 1981, AND JANUARY
AND FEBRUARY, 1982.
WHEREAS, pursuant to section 2.04.010 of the Municipal
Code of the City of Bakersfield, the Council may, from time to
time, by resolution, change the meetings to be held during any
specified period of time.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Bakersfield that the regular Council meetings for October,
November and December, 1981, and January and February, 1982,
shall be as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the regular Council meetings
for December, 1981, and January and February, 1982, for the
purpose of conducting, considering and disposing of business
relating to hearings and such other matters as may come before
the City Council, shall be as follows:

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 23d day of September, 1981, by
