Home My WebLink AboutRES NO 64-81RESOLUTION N0. 64781 A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAKERSFIELD ESTABLISHING SEWER SERVICE USER CHARGES AND FEES FOR FISCAL YEAR 1981-82. WHEREAS, Section 8.64,410 of Ordinance No. 2442, New Series, provides that the City Council shall establish, by resoluti'on,° fees and charges for sewage services provided by the City; and WHEREAS, the present user charge for sewers terminated June 30, 1981, and it will be necessary to implement a user charge beginning July 1, 1981; and WHEREAS, the rates contained in Exhibit A, attached hereto, cover the cost of maintenance, operation and capital reserve. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Bakersfield hereby adopts the sewer user charges contained in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein as if fully set forth, and establishes as the user charges and fees, to commence July 1, 1981, those rates contained in Exhibit A. o0o.
