A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD FIXING THE TIME OF MEETINGS OF
THE COUNCIL DURING'THE MONTHS OF MAY, JUNE,
JULY, AUGUST AND SEPTEMBER, 1981.
WHEREAS, pursuant to section 2.04.010 of the Municipal
Code of the City of Bakersfield, the Council may, from time to
time, by resolution, change the meetings to be held during any
specified period of time.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Bakersfield that the regular Council meetings for May,
June, July, August and September, 1981, shall be as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the regular Council meetings
for June, July, August and September, 1981, for the purpose
of conducting, considering and disposing of business relating to
hearings and such other matters as may come before the City
Council, shall be as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pre-meeting workshops shall
commence beginning at 7:00 p.m. on the above set meeting dates
and that the regular agenda for the meetings of the City Council
shall commence at 8:00 p.m. on the above set meeting dates.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 3d day of June, 1981, by the
