A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD APPROVING AN ISSUANCE OF BONDS
BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF
BAKERSFIELD.
WHEREAS, the Bakersfield Redevelopment Agency by its
ReSolution No. RA 3-81 desires to issue its bonds in connection
with its Major Commercial Rehabilitation Program; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Bakersfield
has reviewed said Major Commercial Rehabilitation Program, and
pursuant to California Health and Safety Code Section 33640,
desires to approve said bond issue;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the
City of Bakersfield as follows:
That the bond issue stated in Resolution No. RA 3-81 of
the Bakersfield Redevelopment Agency of the City of Bakersfield
is hereby approved for the purposes therein stated, subject to
completion of issuance, sale and delivery proceedings and other
matters relating thereto to the full satisfaction of the Agency,
including an agreement with the developer oneterms and conditions
satisfactory to the Agency. and the City Council.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Bakersfield at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 6th day of May, 1981, by the
following vote:
